Sub: Board Meeting Date & Closure of Trading Window Pursuant to Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we hereby inform that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Friday, 25 October, 2019 to, inter-alia, consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended 30 September, 2019. It may please also be noted that the trading window as described in 'Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report trading by insiders' of the Company is closed for the above purpose from 1 October, 2019 and will continue to remain closed till expiry of 48 hours of submission/publication of the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company to the stock exchanges after obtaining the approval of the Board of Directors thereon at the Board Meeting aforesaid.01-10-2019
