With reference to the earlier letter dated September 16, 2014 regarding Strike by Union and Workmen of Bangalore Plant, Bosch Ltd has now informed BSE that State Government of Karnataka vide their Order dated October 10, 2014 has prohibited the strike with immediate effect. Bosch Ltd has informed BSE that the employee union of Bosch Bangalore plant has chosen to go on strike with effect from September 16, 2014 in order to press for their unreasonable demands. Notice of illegal Tool Down strike by Workmen of Jaipur Plant
Bosch Ltd has informed BSE that Workmen of the Company's Jaipur Plant had restored to an illegal Tool Down strike w.e.f. end of second shift of August 18, 2014, without giving any prior notice to the management. Bosch Ltd has announced the following Unaudited Standalone results for the quarter ended June 30, 2014:The Company has posted a net profit of Rs. 3066.80 million for the quarter ended June 30, 2014 as compared to Rs. 2516.80 million for the quarter ended June 30, 2013. Total Income has increased from Rs. 23951.00 million for the quarter ended June 30, 2013 to Rs. 24921.90 million for the quarter ended June 30, 2014.11-08-2014
