"BNHL" i.e. subsidiary of the Company has allotted 14,94,579 equity shares on private placement basis as well as the Company has also sold 415000 equity shares of BNHL held in its name.Pursuant to this the overall stake of the Company in its subsidiary has been reduced from 67.59% to 54.70% however its status of "Holding Company" still remains in BNHL.
