With reference to the earlier announcement dated May 23, 2011, regarding Board to consider Dividend on May 31, 2011, Panama Petrochem Ltd has now informed BSE that the meeting of Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 30, 2011 (instead of May 31, 2011 which was earlier inadvertently intimated due typographical error) to consider and take on record the audited financial results of the Company for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2011 and to recommend dividend, if any.24-05-2011
