Panama Petrochem Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on February 13, 2014, inter alia, has resolved the following:- In accordance with the Public Announcement released on March 01, 2013, the buy-back of equity shares of the Company, as approved by the Board of Directors at its meeting held on February 13, 2014, has closed on February 13, 2014, being the last date for the buy back as per the activity Chart.13-02-2014
