Deepak Nitrite Ltd has informed BSE that the Company has issued Commercial Papers (CP) for Rs. 20 crores value dated August 28, 2014. Deepak Nitrite Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 07, 2014 approved to undertake a project for manufacturing Phenol and Acetone with a capital outlay of around Rs. 1,200 crores.The proposed Phenol Plant will be located at Dahej in the State of Gujarat.
