 Goldstone Infratech Limited - Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading read with Securities Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company will remain closed for the purpose of declaration of Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended 31st March, 2017 for all the Designated Employees, Departmental Heads and Directors of the Company from 24th May, 2017 to 30th May, 2017.
