Board approves Dividend
The Board of Directors Nestle India at their meeting held today declared second interim dividend of Rs.15.00 (Rupees fifteen only) per equity share for the year 2017 on the entire issued, subscribed and paid up share capital of the Company of 96,415,716 equity shares of the nominal value of Rs. 10/- each.
