This is with reference to our earlier disclosure dated March 25, 2020, wherein we had intimated that the manufacturing facilities of Jindal Stainless Limited ('the Company') at Jajpur plant situated in the State of Odisha, have been closed in compliance with the directives issued by the Central/State Government(s) for containment of widespread of Coronavirus Disease 2019 ('COVID -19'). In this regard, we wish to inform you that the Company in compliance with the necessary instructions/guidelines issued by the Ministry of Home Affairs ('MHA') / other concerned authorities, has now resumed its operations at the Jajpur plant in a phased manner, while ensuring health safety of all the stakeholders. The Company will gradually ramp up its operations depending upon the market conditions. Please take the above information on record.05-05-2020
