Board recommends Dividend

 Kajaria Ceramics Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 08, 2018, inter alia, has considered the following:- Recommended the dividend of Rs. 3/- per equity share of face value of Re. 1/- each for the financial year ended March 31, 2018. The said dividend, if approved by the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting ('AGM') of the Company, will be paid / dispatched within 30 days of its declaration at the AGM.
