In this regard, kindly note that Cairn Oil & Gas business of Vedanta Limited has entered into Memorandum of Understanding for partnering with Oil service companies to grow resources and reserves. These are non-binding agreements and hence not material. As and when we shall have concrete projects and contracts in-place, we would make necessary disclosures based on materiality.18-11-2021
