Piramal Pharma has acquired 27.78 percent stake in Yapan Bio Private for an investment of Rs 101.77 crore. Yapan is a contract process development and manufacturing organization in Hyderabad.

In compliance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations, we wish to inform that the Administrative Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company has at its meeting held today i.e. 13th December, 2021 approved the amalgamation of Shrilekha Business Consultancy Private Limited (Shrilekha) (subsidiary in which the Company holds 74.95% stake) into Shriram Capital Limited ('SCL') and to this extent has assented to the Composite Scheme of Arrangement and Amalgamation of Shrilekha into SCL under Section 230 to 232 and other applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 and the Rules framed thereunder ('Scheme'). This Scheme would help simplify the holding structure across entities at Shriram Group. Pursuant to the Scheme, the Company shall hold equity shares of the merged listed entity - Shriram Finance Limited and also shares of resultant entities - Shriram LI Holdings Private Limited, Shriram GI Holdings Private Limited and Shriram Investment Holdings Limited.
