PIRAMAL ENTERPRISES LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 28/01/2019 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Unaudited Financial Results (Consolidated and Standalone) of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended 31st December, 2018. In this regard, we write to inform you that the 'Trading Window' for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed from Tuesday, 22nd January, 2019, to Wednesday, 30th January, 2019 (both days inclusive). Further, as per Regulation 47 of the Listing Regulations, the Company shall be publishing only Consolidated results in the newspapers. However, we shall be filing both Standalone and Consolidated results with the Stock Exchanges.21-01-2019
