Kindly refer to our letter dated 28th December, 2018 intimating about the meeting of the Administrative Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company to be held on Wednesday, 2nd January, 2019, to consider and approve the issuance of Secured, Redeemable, Non-convertible Market Linked Debentures ('MLD') upto Rs.100 crores on private placement basis. We wish to inform that the Administrative Committee at the said meeting will be considering a revised proposal for the issuance of MLDs of up to Rs. 100 crores along with an option to retain oversubscription of up to Rs. 100 crores on private placement basis.31-12-2018
