The trading window for dealing in securities of the Company will be closed for the purpose of declaration of Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2018 for all the officers and Designated Employees (including Directors) of the Company from May 18, 2018 till May 30, 2018 i.e. 48 (Forty Eight) hours after the announcement of the Financial Results of the Company i.e. on May 28, 2018 to the Stock Exchanges (both days inclusive)....14-04-2018
