We would like to inform you that our Company i.e. Zenith Exports Limited is not a Large Corporate (LC) as per the applicability criteria given under the SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/DDHS/CIR/P/2018/144 dated November 26, 2018. Therefore raising of fund by issuance of Debt Securities to meet about one-fourth of the financing needs does not apply to us. Further to say that our Company also not required to meet any disclosure requirement since the Company is not a Large Corporate and criteria stipulated in the said circular is not applicable.
