We wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Bank has today approved the appointment of Mr. Sanmoy Chakrabarti, Head- Risk Management, as the Chief Risk Officer (CRO) of the Bank, for a period of 3(three) years, with effect from December 14, 2020, in place of Mr. Jimmy Tata, as part of internal re-organization. Mr. Tata shall take on the new role of the Chief Credit Officer of the Bank. A brief profile of Mr. Chakrabarti is attached herewith as Annexure-I.
