This is with reference to our letter no. APL/SEC/2019-20/08/147 dated 23rd March, 2020. It is now informed that, in accordance with the guidelines issued by the Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India, and various State Government Authorities, the Company has partially resumed operations at some of its manufacturing locations, warehouses, and offices wherein lockdown restrictions have been eased. The operations at these locations will be carried out in accordance with the guidelines issued by the regulatory authorities, after obtaining permissions wherever required. The Company has taken all the required measures to ensure the safety of its employees at all locations in accordance with the guidance issued by the Central/State/Municipal authorities. The Company will continue to monitor the situation closely and take appropriate action as per regulatory guidelines.05-05-2020
