Approved the Boards' Report, Corporate Governance Report and Notice of the 36th Annual General Meeting which will be held on Monday, 29th July, 2024, 2023, at 12:00 noon (IST) through Video Conferencing / Other Audio-Visual Means in compliance with the applicable provisions of the Circulars issued in this regard by Ministry of Corporate Affairs and Securities and Exchange Board of India from time to time. 2.
