As per the requirements of regulations 7(4) and (5), the company had executed the tripartite agreement with NSDL and CDSL respectively and the company has received the approval letter from NSDL and CDSL on 07.06.2024 to change the RTA to Purva Sharegistry (India) Private Limited with effect from (NSDL) 08.06.2024 and (CDSL) 07.06.2024 respectively.
