Dear Madam/Sirs, In continuation to our earlier intimation dated 21st June, 2024, about the meeting of Committee of Creditors ("CoC"), pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosures Requirements) Regulations, 2015, (Listing Regulations) and in accordance with the requirement of Sub-Clause 16g of Clause A of Part A of Schedule III of Listing Regulations, we would like to inform you that the 27th (Twenty Seventh) Meeting of the Committee of Creditors ("CoC") of ARSS Infrastructure Projects Limited, the Corporate Debtor was duly convened on Tuesday, 25.06.2024 at 03.00 P.M. onwards through video conferencing. Dear Sir/Madam, In continuation to our earlier intimation dated 7th June, 2024 about meeting of Committee of Creditors (COC), pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (listing Obligations and Disclosures Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (LODR) and in accordance with the requirements of Clause 16(g) of Part A of Schedule III of LODR, we would like to inform you that in the 26th (Twenty Sixth) meeting of the Committee of Creditors of the Company, it was decided to conduct the e-voting inter-alia for approval of the Supplementary Budget for the month of June, 2024, receipt and payment account for the month of May, 2024, Appointment of M/s ARMS & Associates, as Statutory Auditors of the Company to conduct the audit for the financial year ended March 31, 2024 and approval of Minimum Wage Policy of Govt. of Odisha. The e-voting was conducted between 10th June, 2024 and 15th June, 2024 and the resolution is duly approved by the COC with requisite majority.

Due to sudden demise of Statutory Auditor of the Company in road accident, we are under process to appoint a new Auditor. After appointment of new Auditor and completion of their audit, we shall be able to submit our Audited Financial Results for the quarter ended 31st March, 2024. ARSS INFRASTRUCTURE PROJECTS LTD. - 533163 - Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP)-Outcome of meeting of Committee of Creditors
In continuation to our earlier intimation dated 18th May, 2024 about meeting of Committee of Creditors (CoC), pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosures Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (LODR) and in accordance with the requirements of Clause 16(g) of Part A of Schedule III of LODR, we would like to inform you that the 25th (Twenty Fifth) meeting of Committee of Creditors of the Company was duly convened on 22.05.2024 at 03.00 P.M. onwards through video conferencing. At the aforesaid meeting, the RP of the Company appraised the Committee of Creditors, inter alia, about the current status of CIRP and discussed the operational matters and decided to call next CoC to fill casual vacancy caused due to death of Statutory Auditor. The meeting was concluded at 04.06 P.M.
