Why my withdrawal balance is negative?
The withdrawable balance will be negative in the following scenarios:
- If your Bigul account is in debit balance.
- If the funds are yet to be settled in your Bigul account. In India, exchanges follow a rolling settlement cycle. Exchanges require T+1 day to settle funds from selling equities, and F&O trades to your Bigul account before they can be withdrawn. Until then, the withdrawal amount is displayed in negative, indicating that it is still being processed for settlement. The withdrawable balance becomes positive once the funds are settled.
