What should I do if I have added funds and it doesn’t reflect after the turnaround time?
- If the money is debited from the bank account and is not reflected in your Bigul account, the transaction may be pending at the bank. It will be reflected in the Bigul account within 24 working hours, or the amount will be refunded back to the bank account. If neither of these has happened, please. Create a Ticket , and customer care will respond shortly.
- Funds transferred to Bigul account between 7 PM to 9 AM will reflect only after 9 AM.
- The time taken for the funds to get transferred to the Bigul account depends on the method of transfer. They are as follows:
