How to change the registered email ID and mobile number in Bigul Account?
You can add new Contact details on the Bigul app by following these steps:
Step 1: Login to the Bigul app using your 6-digit PIN or biometrics.
Step 2: Click on ‘Bigul’ at the bottom of the screen.
Step 3: Click on ‘Profile’.
Step 4: Check and edit required details.
Step 5: Accept Terms and conditions
Step 6: Click on confirm and enter OTP to authenticate
Step 7: Click on Proceed to e-sign and then on Sign now.
Step 8: Select the check box, enter the Aadhaar number and click on Send OTP.
Step 9: Enter the OTP received on the mobile number and click on Verify OTP
Step 10: After e-sign, request sent for verification
Step 11: If verified, bank details will be updated. If this verification fails, an email explaining the same is sent.
