Born in the bustling city of Mumbai, Dani’s academic journey took him from the Institute of Science, University of Mumbai, to acquiring a Master’s in Polymer Science at the University of Akron, Ohio. He further honed his expertise with a diploma from Rensselaer Polytechnic, New York. Before stepping into Asian Paints, Dani contributed as a development chemist at Inmont Corp, Detroit.

In the recent quarter spanning from March to June, Asian Paints reported a commendable 50 per cent year-on-year growth, registering a consolidated net profit of Rs 1,550.4 crore. This growth trajectory, with sales surging by 7 per cent to Rs 9,153.8 crore, stands as a testament to Dani’s foundational and continued influence on the company.
