Diip Buildcon soars on recommendation, up 22% since Diwali picks
The construction company Dilip Buildcon was one of the top Diwali picks from analysts last November. The stock has also been part of Trendlyne's algorithmic technically strong value stocks screener. Since then the company's share price has risen by over 22%. Now Bank of America Merrill Lynch has initiated coverage on the stock, saying that highway orders for the company will rise rapidly - estimating a growth of 2.5X. The order book is robust, and estimates from the BFAML analysts are for earnings per share to compound to 22% over the next two financial years. Dilip Buildcon's completion rates on projects have been impressive so far. The company is expecting to complete the Lucknow-Sultanpur HAM project in UP ten months ahead of schedule. Consistent completion rates could bring its interest costs and debt lower, so this will remain an important number to track going forward.
