 We wish to inform you that the Board of Directors ('the Board') of the Company met at 10:30 am to reconstitute the committees and adjourned the meeting for the purpose of audit committee. Further, the Board of Directors met at 2:00 PM to take up the remaining agenda items and approved the Statement of Un-audited Financial Results for the quarter ended 30th June 2019 as per IndAS along with Limited Review Report issued by the Statutory Auditors, M/s MSKA & Associates, Chartered Accountants, (FRN 105047W). The same was approved by the Board of Directors at the meeting held today. Pursuant to Regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations,2015, we enclose herewith the statement of Un-audited Financial Results for the quarter ended 30th June 2019 as per IndAS along with Limited Review Report issued by the Statutory Auditors, M/s MSKA & Associates.
