 This is to inform you that as per the Company's "Insider Trading-Code of Conduct', framed pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation's, 2015 (including any amendments(s), Modification(s) or re-enactment(s) thereto, the Trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed from 1st July 2019 with immediate effect until 48 (forty-eight) hours after the declaration of the Audited Financials Results of the quarter ending 30th June 2019. Accordingly, all the Designated Persons and their dependents (including Directors and Auditors) of the Company and its subsidiaries have been intimated not to trade in (selling, transfer, buying, pledge dealing) Equity Shares of the Company during the stated period. With reference to the above letter dated 1st July 2019, the word 'Audited Financials Results' may be read as 'Unaudited Financial Results' for the quarter ending 30th June 2019. The above error was due to inadvertence and is regretted.
