Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, as amended and also further to our letter dated 23rd March, 2020 and 25th March, 2020 intimating the force majeure closure of all manufacturing operations of the Company pursuant to spread of COVID-19 Pandemic , please take note that in accordance with the Notification of Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) dated 15th April, 2020 the Company has resumed operation of manufacturing unit located at Distt. Khargone, Madhya Pradesh with effect from today i.e. 24th April, 2020 with due permission of the local district authorities ensuring strict compliance to the guidelines issued by MHA in the above referred Notification of 15th April, 2020 and also in compliance with conditions stipulated by local district authorities while granting permission to start manufacturing operations.24-04-2020

Dear Sir/Madam, In continuation to our letter dated 23rd March, 2020 and in compliance to Clause 6 of Part B, Schedule III of Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 as amended, please note that, after the enforcement of section 144 of Code of Criminal Procedure 1973 in the Khargone District of Madhya Pradesh due to COVID-19 as reported earlier, the Government of India on dated 24th March, 2020 imposed a complete lockdown in the Country for 21 days from midnight at 12:00 p.m. due of COVID-19. Accordingly, the all operations at the Company''s Manufacturing unit shall remain closed/ suspended till further orders. Further, in view of above our Corporate Office located in NCR and marketing/other offices of the Company situated pan India continue to remain closed and the Employees have advised to work from home to the extent possible till further order.25-03-2020

Dear Sir/Madam, In compliance to Clause 6 of Part B, Schedule III of Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 as amended, please take note that in view of attached Office Order dated 22nd March, 2020 of Government of Uttar Pradesh enforcing lock down with effect from 23rdMarch,2020 due to COVID-19, resulting into closure of all industrial/commercial units other than exempted ones, we have shut down operations of all manufacturing plants of the Company located at State of Uttar Pradesh. It may further be noted that, keeping in view the enforcement of Section 144 of Code of Criminal Procedure 1973 in the Khargone District of Madhya Pradesh by the District Magistrate, Distt. Khargone, Madhya Pradesh vide their attached order dated 22nd March, 2020 due to COVID-19, as a pre-emptive measure, the Company has decided to shut down its Manufacturing unit located at Distt.
