Further, as intimated earlier vide our Letter dated 26th June, 2020, the trading window of the Company pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 read with Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by Designated Persons and their Immediate Relatives has been closed from 01st July, 2020 till 48 hours after declaration of the Financial Results of the Company i.e., till 08th August, 2020 (both days inclusive). This is to further inform you that the Company has opted to submit unaudited quarterly and year-to-date Financial Results, subject to limited review by the statutory auditors of the Company and unaudited Financial Results shall be accompanied by the limited review report.
