 Dear Sir / Madam, We would like to inform you that on 09.11.2020, we have submitted disclosure of Related Party Transactions on a consolidated basis for the half-year ended September 30, 2020 (i.e. 01st April, 2020 to 30th September, 2020) under Regulation 23(9) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
