 This is to inform you that as per the Company''s ''Insider Trading -Code of Conduct'', framed pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 (as amended) read with BSE Circular No. LIST/COMP/01/2019-20 Dated 2nd April, 2019, the trading window shall remain closed from July 1, 2019 to till the expiry of 48 hours after declaration of Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended 30th June, 2019. The Trading Window shall open after 48 hours of declaration of the said results. The date of Board Meeting for declaration of the financial results of the Company for the quarter ended on 30th June, 2019 will be intimated in due course. Accordingly, trading window for dealing in Equity Shares of the Company shall remain closed for all designated person during the stated period.
