Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, and in continuation to our earlier communication dated 12.02.2018, we wish to inform you that the Company has re-paid in full the Secured Loan of Rs. 8.60/- Crores (Rupees Eight Crore Sixty Lakhs Only) taken from IVL Finance Limited, against mortgage of property of the Company located at B-262, Yojna Vihar, Delhi 110092. The Company is going to file e-form for satisfaction of charge with Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA), in this regard.21-05-2019
