Dividend Payment Date
With reference to the earlier announcement dated April 27, 2013, regarding the Board of Directors in its meeting held on April 27, 2013 had recommended a final dividend of Re. 1/- per equity share of Rs. 10/- each for the financial year 2012-13, subject to declaration in the Annual general Meeting, PNB Gilts Ltd has now informed BSE that the date of payment of said dividend shall be July 18, 2013.24-05-2013
Board approves Bonus issue
PNB Gilts Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 23, 2013, inter alia, has considered and approved the proposal of issuance of bonus equity shares in the ratio 1:3 i.e. 1 bonus equity share of Rs. 10/- each for every 3 existing fully paid up equity shares of Rs. 10/- each held, subject to the approval of shareholders at the General Meeting.23-05-2013
