With reference to the earlier announcement dated April 17, 2013 regarding Board Meeting to be held on April 27, 2013, to consider unaudited financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2013 and to consider dividend for FY 2012-13, PNB Gilts Ltd has now informed BSE that, in the said announcement the word "Unaudited" should be read as "Audited".19-04-2013

PNB Gilts Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on April 27, 2013, inter alia, to consider and approve the unaudited financial results for the quarter / year ending March 31, 2013.The Company has further informed that in the same meeting, the Board of Directors will also consider the recommendation of dividend for the financial year 2012-13, if any.17-04-2013

January 09, 2013, and his resignation was accepted in the Board Meeting held on January 23, 2013. Further in same meeting, the Board of Directors of the Company has also appointed Shri. Sadhu Ram Bansal, Executive Director- Punjab National Bank as an Additional Director on the Board of the Company.23-01-2013
