 With reference to the above subject, we wish to clarify you that the Company has made all necessary disclosures pursuant to SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. There is neither any pending material event/information which may have a bearing on the performance/operations of the Company nor any price sensitive information of the Company which are reportable to the Exchange under Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
