This is to inform you that in view of the national lockdown announced by the Government of India to prevent the spread of COVID-19 and keeping in mind the safety and well-being of all the employees and workers of the Company, the Company has already temporarily closed its manufacturing and other operations at its plant located at Thakurdwara, Dist. Moradabad (UP) and at its corporate office at New Delhi till further orders of Central Government/State Government. The Company has already adopted 'Work from Home' for its employees, wherever possible. The expected financial impact of the closure of operations is not ascertainable at this stage.
