 We wish to inform that, vide our letter dated December 16, 2021, we had informed that the Special Purpose Vehicle ("SPV") viz. Ozoneland MEP Solapur Ring Road Private Limited which was formed by Ozoneland Private Limited (with 74% holding) and MEP Infrastructure Developers Limited (with 26% holding) had signed the Concession Agreement with the Public Works Department (PWD), Government of Maharashtra on December 15, 2021 for the said Project. In continuation to above Ozoneland MEP Solapur Ring Road Private Limited has now achieved the Financial Closure in terms of the Concession Agreement executed with PWD ('the Authority'), The Authority now has given May 20, 2022 as the Appointed Date for the project vide its letter dated May 20, 2022, as received by the Company on May 23, 2022. Bhalaji Toll Road Private Limited (BTRPL) has received a Letter of Award (LOA) dated 20th May, 2022 from National Highways Authority of India ('NHAI') informing that BTRPL has been engaged as the user fee collection agency on the basis of e-quotation through e-tender for Khaniwade Fee Plaza, at Km. 467.220 at NH-48 Six laning of Surat- Dahisar section of NH-8 from Km 263.000 to Km 502.000 (Length- 239.000 Km) in the State of Gujarat and Maharashtra. Key highlights of the Project are as under: (i) User Fee Collection rights at Khaniwade Fee Plaza. (ii) Terms of the Contract Agreement: a. Period of Contract is 3 (Three) months. b. The operations will commence after 6 (Six) working days from the date of issuance of LOA.  In continuation of our letter dated May 3, 2022, we wish to inform the Exchanges that our Step-down Subsidiary viz. Bhalaji Toll Road Private Limited (BTRPL) has signed the Contract Agreement on 17th May, 2022 with National Highways Authority of India ("NHAI") for the project of collection of user fee on the basis of e-quotation through e-tender at DHILWAN FEE PLAZA at km 410.140 Jalandar- Amritsar Section of NH-1 from km 407.100 to km 456.100 in the State of Punjab. The NHAI has issued a Work Order dated 17th May, 2022 and as per the said Work Order, the commercial operation has commenced from today i.e. 18th May, 2022 at 08.00:00 hrs and the period of the said Contract is starting from 18th May, 2022 (08.00:00 hrs) to 18th August, 2022 (07.59:59 hrs) i.e. 3 (three) months or till the new agency is in place whichever is earlier.
