 In continuation of our letter dated April 29, 2022, we wish to inform the Exchanges that our Step-down Subsidiary viz. Bhalaji Toll Road Private Limited (BTRPL) has signed the Contract Agreement on 10th May, 2022 with National Highways Authority of India ("NHAI") for the project of collection of user fee for NALAVADI (Km 161.200) FEE PLAZA for section from Hubballi Hospet Section of NH-63 from Design Chainage Km 128.850 to Km 272.571 (Existing Km 129. 549 to Km 267.000) in the state of Karnataka. The NHAI has issued a Work Order dated 10th May, 2022 and as per the said Work Order, the commercial operation has commenced from today i.e. 11th May, 2022 at 08.00:00 hrs and the period of the said Contract is starting from 11th May, 2022 (08.00:00 hrs) to 11th August, 2022 (07.59:59 hrs) i.e. 3 (three) months or till the new agency is in place whichever is earlier.  We wish to inform the Exchanges that our Step-down Subsidiary viz. Bhalaji Toll Road Private Limited (BTRPL) has received a Letter of Award (LOA) dated 10th May, 2022 from National Highways Authority of India ('NHAI') informing that BTRPL has been engaged as the user fee collection agency through e-tender for Chalakwadi Fee Plaza, at design Km 91.106 in Pune District of NH-50 (New NH60) for use of four lane from Km.42.000 to Km.179.946 of Khed Sinnar Section of National Highway No 50 (New NH-60) in the State of Maharashtra. Key highlights of the Project are as under: (i) User Fee Collection rights at Chalakwadi Fee Plaza. (ii) Terms of the Contract Agreement: a. Period of Contract is 3 (Three) months. b. The operations will commence after 6 (Six) working days from the date of issuance of LOA. (iii) The contractual amount for the said Project is Rs. 9,96,30,000/- (Rupees Nine Crores Ninety Six Lakhs Thirty Thousand only). This is for your information and records.
