Shah & Co., Chartered Accountants have expressed their unwillingness to be reappointed at the ensuing Annual General Meeting. In the circumstances, the members of the Audit Committee and the Board vide circular resolution have recommended to the members the appointment of M/s. Manubhai & Co., Chartered Accountants, Ahmedabad as the Statutory Auditors of the Company at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
