 This is to inform that as per SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and in terms of the Company's 'Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Designated Persons', the Trading Window for dealing in the equity shares of the Company shall be closed, from Wednesday, 1st April, 2020 till completion of 48 hours after the declaration of Financial Results for the quarter and financial year ending on 31st March, 2020 to the Stock Exchanges. NEXT MEDIAWORKS LTD. - 532416 - Announcement under Regulation 30 (LODR)-Change in RTA

 This is in continuation to our letters 18th February, 2020 and 28th February, 2020 on the captioned subject. In the matter, we have to now inform that all necessary formalities in relation to shifting of RTA services of our Company from Link Intime India Private Limited (''LinkIntime'') to Kfin Technologies Private Limited (''KFinTech") have been completed on 23rd March, 2020, including receipt of letters from NSDL and CDSL both dated 20th March, 2020 (letter from CDSL received on 23rd March, 2020) confirming transfer of electronic connectivity from LinkIntime to KFinTech and signing of tripartite agreement between LinkIntime, KFinTech and the Company on 17th March, 2020 etc. Consequent to the above, KFinTech will now act as RTA of the Company, and render its services to the Company, investors and Members w.e.f. 23rd March, 2020.
