The delay in declaration of UFRs for the quarter and half-year ended on 30th September, 2020 beyond the time-limit prescribed u/r 33 of SEBI LODR, is due to the investigation into certain practices adopted in the radio business of the Company which has impact on comparative financial results of previous year(s)/period(s).
