The Board of Directors have accorded their assent today i.e. on 15th September 2020 to defer Annual General Meeting ('AGM') of the Company scheduled on 17th September 2020, which is now permitted till December 31, 2020 as per recent Ministry of Corporate Affairs notifications. Accordingly, the notice dated 23rd June, 2020 calling the 39th Annual General Meeting of the Company is withdrawn. Further, the electronic remote voting process initiated pursuant to the said Notice also stands withdrawn.
