Board recommends Dividend
ICRA Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 21, 2015, inter alia, has recommended a dividend of Rs. 24 per Equity Share of the face value of Rs. 10 each for the Financial Year ended March 31, 2015. The dividend as recommended by the Board of Directors, if declared at the 24th Annual General Meeting, will be paid/dividend warrants will be dispatched on August 20, 2015.21-05-2015
