And allow OMDC for disposal following the procedure laid down in IMPTS Rules, 2007 after the verification of such undisposed stock jointly by DDM, IBM and the lessee.

Due to pendency of the appeal against the arbitral award, the NCLAT direct the impugned order be put on hold till the next date of hearing. The next date of hearing is scheduled for 23rd November, 2020. The copy of order is enclosed.
