 Sir/ Madam, It is to inform that an appeal is filed at NCLAT against admission of application under section 9 of I & B Code, the appeal against the arbitral award is pending consideration before the Hon'ble High Court of Kolkata. Due to pendency of the appeal against the arbitral award, the NCLAT direct the impugned order be put on hold till the next date of hearing.  Company Law Tribunal, Kolkata Bench, the CIRP of the Company had commenced under Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016.
