With reference to the earlier announcement dated December 27, 2013 regarding Strike at Unit I plant located at Thatchur Koot Road, Ponneri, Chennai, Jumbo Bag Ltd has now informed BSE that the ongoing strike in Unit I plant located at Thatchur Koot Road, Ponneri, Chennai that started on December 24, 2013 has been lifted with immediate effect and the operations in the factory has resumed in full scale.20-01-2014

Jumbo Bag Ltd has informed BSE that the labourers in the Company's Unit I plant located at Thatchur Koot Road, Ponneri, Chennai have declared a strike and the same commenced on December 24, 2013. The management is taking effort to finish the dialogue and come to settlement with the workers and it is expected that the issue will be resolved soon.27-12-2013

Jumbo Bag Limited situated at Athipedu Village, Chennai, Jumbo Bag Ltd has now informed BSE that the said unit has partly resumed its operations at the portion that were not affected in the fire accident with effect from December 09, 2013.12-12-2013
Fire in Unit II situated at Athipedu Village, Chennai
Jumbo Bag Ltd has informed BSE that at around midnight on November 23, 2013, fire broke out in Unit II of M/s. Jumbo bag Limited situated at Athipedu Village, Chennai. The plant is covered by insurance. The Company estimate that 50% of the properties in the factory have been damaged. The reason for the fire is yet to be ascertained.Further updates shall be posted after full inspection on the fire break out has been done.25-11-2013
