Pursuant to provision of Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ('LODR Regulations'), the board of Directors, at its meeting held today i.e. on 12th August, 2023 inter alia considered and approved the following: Appointment of Ms. Nilima A. Burghate (ICSI Membership No. ACS 66117) as a new 'Company Secretary and Compliance Officer' pursuant to section 203 of the Companies Act, 2013 and Regulation 6(1) of the Securities Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 with immediate effect. The requisite disclosure under regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR), Regulation 2015 read with Circular No. CIR/ CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated September 9, 2015, and SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023 is enclosed as Annexure-1.
