We hereby inform that, in accordance with (i) the Letter of Offer dated July 07, 2023, and (ii) the Basis of Allotment finalised in consultation with the Registrar to the Issue and BSE Limited, (the Designated Stock Exchange for the Rights issue), the Rights Issue Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company has, at in its meeting held today, i.e., August 02, 2023, approved the allotment of 55,44,156 partly paid-up Equity Shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each on a rights basis, at an issue price of Rs.45 per Equity Share (including premium of Rs.35 per Equity Share) to the eligible applicants. The amount of Rs. 13.50 per Rights Equity Share (including premium of Rs.10.50) paid on Application.
