 This is to inform that the 40th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company was held on September 30, 2020 at 3.00 p.m. through Video Conferencing / Other Audio Video Means. As per the requirements of the Companies Act, 2013, SEBI Listing Regulations and the relevant Circulars issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, the Company had provided its Members the facility of remote eVoting and voting through electronic voting system during the AGM for voting on the resolutions which were set forth in the Notice of the 40th AGM.
